Beginners Boxing Session
Ages 9-99. Any fitness level. Perfect for teens and parents.
This session is boxing only with Erin holding focus mitts and supervising technique. Learn correct boxing technique and how to train to to intervals. If your fitness is good and you want a challenge stay at the end of the session for a resistance training circuit: slam balls, hex weights, kettlebells, chin ups, tyre flips, handstand drills, core bags and grapple bags. These skills can be used in an at-home training program, or build your confidence and fitness to choose from any class on the Sweat Depot timetable and train hard in a safe, family friendly environment.
